On the 15th of June, we invited Princess and Chris-Craft owners on a day cruise to Cala Llamp. The weather was certainly in our favour, making for a smooth crossing and the perfect opportunity to dine al fresco.
9 boats joined us on the cruise with 29 people in total, a great turn-out for this simple yet enjoyable day cruise.
We started off the day, setting sail from Port Adriano to the bay of Cala Llamp, where we anchored the boats and took a tender to the shore. We were welcomed at Gran Folies Beach Club for lunch, which was served al fresco on the terrace overlooking the beautiful blue scenery spotted with Princess and Chris-Craft boats. The Spanish sun shone for us as our staff and owners with their friends and family enjoyed socialising, sharing stories of their yachting adventures, fantastic food and a handful of drinks! The Gran Folies Beach Club has been voted the best in Mallorca for its authentic island feel and its secluded stunning views out to sea – it didn’t disappoint.
After lunch, a tender was available to escort owners and their guests back to their boats, where we enjoyed some watertoys. JetExperience brought in some jetski’s for everyone to try and everyone did have a go, with the weather as great as it was and the waves calm and bright blue, it was the perfect opportunity to zip around on a jetski. This exhilarating experience on the water was thoroughly enjoyed by all owners and their guests – what’s there not to like about enjoying the waves on a jetski in the sun?
We departed Cala Llamp at 6.00pm after a fun and relaxing afternoon, leaving behind a handful of boats who wanted to stay behind anchored in the bay to watch the sunset over the horizon.
