Explore the Award-Winning Princess X80 Superyacht at Palma International Boat Show

Join the Princess Motor Yacht Sales team in Mallorca 25-28 April to explore the exceptional award-winning Princess X80 superyacht ‘superfly’ superyacht.  She won a Motor Boat Award in the ‘Custom Yachts’ category, held by Motor Boat & Yachting magazine earlier this year.  The Princess X80 is available this season with Princess Motor Yacht Sales.

Her beautifully sculpted surfaces and long flowing design lines carry the same design language of her sister ship, X95.  The all-new X80 becomes the second member of the X Class ‘Superfly’ family.  She has a ‘super flybridge’ providing in excess of 30% more useful interior space onboard than a traditional flybridge yacht of its length.  And her cruising range capabilities with an option of an 8,800 litre fuel tank, provides the opportunity for adventures and exploration further afield.

Semi-bespoke, owners can choose to have a main deck master stateroom which includes a private owner’s sundeck, offering a real sense of exclusivity and high levels of personalisation with this craft.  The X80 has been optimised both above and below the deck, with economically-minded engineering and design creating not only a comfortable ride, but excellent seakeeping and impressive cruising distance.

Hugo Andreae and Alex Smith of Motor Boat & Yachting said of the award-winning Princess X80 superyacht, ‘Love or loathe the confrontational styling of the X Class range, you just can’t ignore it. That lofty elevation, fulsome superstructure and “super flybridge” layout have proved so effective at luring in customers that they are now being widely mimicked in “crossover” craft all over the world.

But if the original X95 proved a little too challenging for some, the Princess X80’s more moderate walkaround take on the concept not only looks sweeter to our eyes but also performs better and brings bigger benefits to this size of craft, enabling the option of main-deck owner’s suite on an 80ft platform.

It also costs little more than half as much as the X95, while matching many of its big sister’s key selling points: sleeping for up to ten people in five ensuite cabins? Check. A super-sized main deck with dedicated day heads? No problem. A flybridge with a sheltered sky lounge and helm position? All part of the package.’

The Princess X80 superyacht brings the outside in through the maximisation of glazing which flows along the entire length of the main deck encasing the saloon, galley and forward dining area.  The use of light and innovative design continues below deck where 8 guests are accommodated across 4 en-suite cabins.  A full beam master stateroom is located amidships, there’s also a forward guest stateroom, a double guest to starboard and a twin cabin to port.  Located aft of the main accommodation are the crew quarters which can accommodate 3 crew with the standard layout.  Life on-board the X80 really is unlike that of any other boat of its size.
